Qualcuno ha la guida e il workflow di wan vace per comfyui che era stato postato qui prima della purga?
Mandatemi un DM per favore. Preferibilmente la versione Runpod.
 
Ho la v4 ma funziona solo con le versioni vecchie di comfyui. Sto facendo sistemare il tutto a Claude
 
Sì, sto cercando di risolvere un problema con sam3 proprio ora. Metterò un link più tardi oggi o domani

il workflow con maschera manuale è stato postato al #5 ma è ancora in attesa di revisione da parte di un moderatore. Ci sono problemi con sam3 e l'ultima versione di comfyui, quindi bisogna ancora risolvere quella parte.
 
c'è un fix per il nodo matanyone video kytra? Lo sto eseguendo su runpod e non si risolve, ho provato a reinstallarlo senza successo. Vuole pytorch 2.6 ma non riesco a fare il downgrade dalla 2.10 su runpod. Nessuna sostituzione che ho provato usando claude ha risolto.

Ho provato tutti i fix finora e niente funziona. Il problema principale è il nodo matanyone kytra. Ho provato a sostituirlo con un nodo matanyone2 e semplicemente non funzionava.

Se qualcuno ha una versione runpod che funziona davvero, mi scriva in DM o la mandi qui. A questo punto pagherei anche 10 euro.
 
Non ho la versione runpod, ma ho aggiunto il workflow originale v4 che supporta maschera manuale e automask con sam3, però devi usare una versione più vecchia di comfyui, qui sotto.

Ma c'è una piccola incongruenza sull'auto masking
Intendo che l'utente inserisce un prompt (dove mascherare) e quindi non deve mascherare da sé. (Non sono bravo in inglese. Si capisce?🥲)

stai usando la v4?

prima devi eseguirlo una volta e carica il frame dell'immagine nel nodo Preview Bridge, poi clic destro per vedere il menu per SAM3 o Open in MaskEditor

Seleziona SAM3



Poi clicchi sui vestiti che vuoi mascherare e vedi dei punti blu



dopo aver messo i punti blu, clicca detect e maschera i vestiti, poi clicca save to node, nel prompt devi scrivere che è nuda, nel negative prompt indica cosa rimuovere, poi esegui di nuovo


se vuoi mascherare a mano, seleziona Open in MaskEditor e maschera tu stesso col pennello

"auto mask" forse non è il termine giusto.

Ho provato sia lsmtatk_wan22_inpaint_v4 che lsmtatk_wan22_inpaint_sam1; dopo la mascheratura entrambi ripartono dall'inizio invece di continuare usando la maschera, bloccato in un loop all'inizio lol. Inoltre non vedo sam3 come nelle immagini sopra con nessuno dei due WF, ho mascherato manualmente entrambe le volte.
 
Ok after spending a day troubleshooting, I'm releasing two new workflows. Stop using the old v4 and the previous sam1.
Stop using lsmtatk_wan22_inpaint_v4.json / _sam1.json — their masking relies on Impact Pack's right-click "Open in SAM Detector", which silently stopped registering on current ComfyUI. impact-sam-editor.js imports extensions/core/clipspace.js, which no longer exists in frontend 1.4x; the failed import kills the module, so the menu entry just never appears. No error. Issue: https://github.com/ltdrdata/ComfyUI-Impact-Pack/issues/1215

Two replacements that don't depend on it:

wan22_vace_inpaint_int8_convrot_sam3.json - start here. Automatic masking: type what to mask (clothing, dog, car) and SAM3 tracks it across the clip. No painting, one run. This also includes a reference image node so you can replace the item you mask with the reference image. Or apply your loras to the mask like the previous wf.



wan22_vace_inpaint_int8_convrot_matanyone.json — fallback. If the auto-mask misses or you'd rather draw it, paint one frame and MatAnyone propagates it. Two runs, better edges on hair.



Both are based on INT8 ConvRot via core loaders (no GGUF), 4-step Lightning loras, chunked rendering, optional 4× upscale. Needs ComfyUI 0.28+ and PyTorch cu130+. Guide and model links are notes on the canvas.

Ho provato un workflow di sostituzione personaggio con H3 Minimax, un modo un po' arrangiato di fare quello che fa wan vace, o forse non so il modo giusto. Comunque era troppo lento, probabilmente più lento di vace. Non ricordo quanto :P
